Boekenhoutskloof Porcupine Ridge Syrah 2022

Intense and fresh nose, showing dark jam, with aromas of ripe plums, blackberries and exotic spices. The black fruit on the nose follows with blueberries, plums, fresh cherry and blackberry flavors. A balanced wine, with integrated acidity, prominent sweet spices and savoury and smoky notes. The smooth and velvety tannins add great balance to the mid-palate. The wine has a medium body and a plummy finish, notes of dark chocolate and lingering sweet spices on a greyish and iodized finish.
