It presents a remarkable aromatic intensity, revealing an unusual complexity from the first touch. The nose is deep and enveloping, with layers that slowly unfold into notes of dried grass, bay leaf, and subtle hints of toasted hazelnut. On the palate, it confirms its unique profile: it is extremely dry, with firm and vibrant acidity, almost reminiscent of the austerity of a fino de Jerez. Saline and iodized nuances stand out, giving it a striking Atlantic character. The tannins, rare in whites of this variety, are very present and structure the wine with great strength and persistence. An extraordinary Loureiro, immense and distinctive, which breaks with the traditional profile of the variety and demonstrates all the potential for longevity and depth it can achieve.
