Description
Insula Vinus is an entrepreneurial 3.3-hectare project by Insula Atlantis, bringing together vineyard, winery, accommodation and tourist activities to promote the best of what's produced in the Azores. Guided by simplicity, its viticulture respects ancestral values, keeping native grapes and enhancing the qualities of Azorean wines.
Verdelho, born in the Azores islands, gives unique wines that show great freshness and tropical aromas combined with the salinity of the Atlantic surroundings and the minerality typical of volcanic basalt soils — all characteristics of this Insula Verdelho.
