Description
Quinta do Monte D'Oiro Tinto 2024 is a benchmark organic wine made at the prestigious Quinta do Monte d'Oiro in the Lisboa wine region (Alenquer). The project was conceived by gastronome José Bento dos Santos and stands out for terroir wines inspired by the tradition of the Rhône Valley.
Quinta do Monte D’Oiro Tinto 2024 is a concentrated, bright ruby, showing an elegant, expressive profile from the start. On the nose it stands out for excellent aromatic definition, with red fruit and wild berries to the fore, wrapped in delicate notes of fine spice that add complexity and sophistication.
PalateOn the palate it shows immediate, enveloping freshness, supported by linear, harmonious acidity. Finely drawn, polished tannins give structure and balance without compromising the wine's flow and elegance. The finish is surprisingly long and persistent for a colheita wine, leaving an impression of freshness and precision.
Versatile and very food-friendly, it's a red that favours balance, purity of fruit and elegance, ideal with grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes, roast poultry and medium-cured cheeses.
