PalateOn the palate it shows restrained ripeness, with 12.5% alcohol and 5.6 g/L acidity, giving a soft, enveloping texture.
FinishThe finish is dry, precise and expressively mineral, reflecting the character of Portalegre's high-altitude terroir. The grapes come from a vineyard about 45 years old in Castelo de Vide.
