Fourchaume's sunny exposure produces very ripe grapes and wines that are a little more rounded than "classic" Chablis. The acid balance comes from deep rooting, thanks to the work of the soil. This terroir brings floral and iodine notes, generosity on the palate, but with great elegance. Vibrant, seductive.
