For this Reserva Rosé, the Tinto Cão grape variety was selected, one of the most unique grape varieties in the Douro, characterized by its small bunch and dense skin. Showing a captivating acidity, soft and robust tannins, this variety provides good aging capacity, longevity and freshness. An elegant, broad and complex rosé that aged in the Quinta de S. Very expressive in floral and white fruit aroma, light fresh wild fruit with a vegetal and wet stone touch that gives it seriousness. On the palate, it draws fragrant citrus fruits such as tangerine, orange, lime, orange blossom, in a rosé with a very good acid structure, with a spring profile, still very young and with the potential to grow in the bottle. Spicy finish that gives it a twist and confirms its suitability for the table.
