Description

Hand-picked into 15 kg crates. Fully destemmed with light crushing after sorting. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Partly aged (60%) for 12 months in used French oak barrels. Floral and bergamot notes from Touriga Nacional and ripe red fruit, joined by light toasty notes from the barrel. The palate has good acidity, volume and present but soft tannins.
