Description

The grapes were hand-picked, gently destemmed and pressed after careful sorting in the winery. Fermentation took place in stainless-steel vats and used 400L and 500L oak barrels. Aged on fine lees with bâtonnage. Elegant orange and lemon peel, white flowers and peach aromas. The barrel ageing is discreet. On the palate it's creamy, with crisp acidity and minerality giving a long finish.
