Description
Predicador 2017 shows abundant red fruit, spicy notes, hints of the finest oak and remarkable balsamic freshness. This time it seems designed to come close to the house's greatest creations, showing the depth and ripeness the vintage gives it. The warm end of the growing season accounts for some slightly prominent alcohol, giving it a more Mediterranean than Atlantic character.
The label shows the distinctive hat of a gunslinger who ends his days as a preacher, a character played by Clint Eastwood in one of his films. The most pleasant of surprises ends this story (the bottle's, not the film's). A wine at a price you could call reasonable that is long, intense and tremendously expressive. Its so cinematic dress lets its maker call it a red film. A claim that each year comes a little closer to being entirely true.
