Description
Ladairo Mencíais a red of great personality, made from hand-selected grapes from balanced, low-yielding vines. Most of these vines are over 30 years old and are in two plots on the south slope of Mount Ladairo, in the village of O Rosal (Oímbra, Ourense).
Key Features
Grapes: Made mainly from Mencía, often alongside Arauxa (the local name for Tempranillo).
Profile: Known as a fresh, fruity and very balanced wine, typical of Monterrei reds.
Food Pairing: Ideal with all kinds of meat and Galician dishes.
