Wine profile
Description
After careful selection of the grapes, they are gently crushed and fully destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation follows without skin maceration. Fermentation is temperature-controlled and stopped by adding grape spirit. The whole winemaking process, overseen by the winemaking team, takes into account the grapes, their ripeness and the desired sweetness.
A blend of young, fresh, fruity wines with light ageing
