Description

This year Kopke decided to honour its terroir of excellence, Quinta de São Luiz, signing its DOC Douro wines as São Luiz. To build the new brand and its name, the path chosen was to honour its terroir of origin, a historic tradition and the wisdom of several generations.

It shows very marked aromas of ripe fruit, notes of spice and a balanced expression of oak. On the palate it has an elegant structure, velvety tannins and an unctuous body. A deep, balanced and captivating wine that opens into a refreshing finish.

The story of this bottle
