• Ex-bourbon: American oak that first aged bourbon (US law requires new casks for bourbon, so many are available second-hand); they tend to give vanilla, coconut and caramel.

Description
Tobermory is one of Scotland’s oldest distilleries, running since 1798 in the harbour of the Isle of Mull’s main town. Alongside the smoky Ledaig, it makes this fresh, maritime unpeated single malt. The 12 Year Old is matured in bourbon casks and bottled at 46.3%, non-chill filtered and with natural colour.
