The Glenlivet 18 Anos is a classic single malt from Speyside, Scotland, known for its richness and complexity, and has won several gold medals at international competitions.
Characteristics and Flavour Profile:
This whisky comes from a mix of cask types, including first- and second-fill European and American oak, which gives it depth.
Nose: Well rounded, with notes of chewy sultanas, sherry peel, barley sugar and toasted cereal, with touches of petals and apple blossom.
Palate: Velvety yet strong, with sweet notes followed by spice, light touches of oak and bitter orange.
Finish: A long, rich, fruity finish with warm spice
