Description
Monte da Raposinha Ensaio # III Arinto Biológico 2024 is a limited-edition single-varietal white made in Montargil, Alentejo, standing out for its irreverent approach and organic certification.
Monte da Raposinha Ensaio # III Arinto Biológico 2024
An expressive, vibrant nose dominated by fresh citrus, green apple and a marked mineral component. Partial oak ageing adds a subtle smoky note, bringing complexity and depth.
PalateOn the palate it shows the excellent natural acidity typical of Arinto, giving freshness and tension. This liveliness is harmoniously balanced by an unctuous, creamy texture from bâtonnage on fine lees. The finish is long, precise and elegant, with persistent mineral and citrus notes.
