Quinta do Pessegueiro Reserve White 2022

The grapes spent 12 hours in a cold chamber, being partially crushed and pressed in a vertical press. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging of the wine with fine lees in 600L barrels and stainless steel vats.

Bright yellow in color, it has aromas of apricot and lime; an intense mouthfeel where the wood appears subtly. A very gastronomic wine due to its intensity.
