The grapes spent 12 hours in a cold room, being partially crushed and pressed in a vertical press. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and wine aging with fine lees in 600L barrels and stainless steel vats.
Bright yellow in color, with notes of apricot and lime in its aroma; an intense mouth where the wood appears subtle. Very gastronomic wine due to its intensity.
