NoseThe 2023 Eisele Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc shows pure notes of yellow citrus, apple and subtle herbal nuances on the nose. A truly exotic Sauvignon Blanc, with aromas of green melon, stones, peaches, green apples, Meyer lemons and lychees.
PalateOn the palate it's medium-bodied with generous volume, showing fruity tones of grapefruit, gooseberry and ripe nectarine. Full-bodied with a phenolic texture, showing notes of oyster shells and a prominent briny character from the lees.
