Made from Maria Gomes grapes, this wine comes from a vineyard whose production was greatly reduced and harvested relatively early, in order to increase the natural acidity caused by a white umbrella. It was vinified with an open spout, most of which was placed in small 1 m³ decanters, where it remained for 24 to 36 hours to decant through natural use.
