Description

Made from Maria Gomes grapes, this wine comes from a vineyard with much-reduced yields, picked relatively early to boost natural acidity. It was vinified as free-run juice, with the must placed in small 1 m³ settling tanks, where it stayed for 24 to 36 hours to settle naturally.
