Description
Quinta de Santiago Vinha do Pisco 2025 is a fresh, elegant, small-production white made by the prestigious boutique winery Quinta de Santiago. It comes from a specific plot (single-plot wine) in Monção, in the heart of the Monção e Melgaço sub-region, within the Vinhos Verdes Demarcated Region.
Quinta de Santiago Vinha do Pisco 2025 has an elegant, precise profile, marked by a strong mineral identity and great aromatic purity.
Clear and bright citrine-yellow, it has an expressive, refined nose with fresh notes of lemon leaf, citrus peel and ripe pear. Floral nuances of white flowers are integrated into a balsamic, minty register, giving depth and freshness.
On the palate it's dry, fine and very focused, with a creamy, delicate texture from brief ageing on fine lees. Firm acidity supports the ripe fruit, leading to a long, persistent finish marked by distinctive saline minerality.
