Description
Glenmorangie Lasanta is the sherried version from the Tain distillery. After maturing in bourbon casks, the whisky is finished in oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which add warmth and richness. Lasanta means warmth and passion in Gaelic.
Bottled at 43%, it pairs the fruity lightness of the house with raisins, orange, caramel and spice. The palate is silky, with toffee, dried fruit, chocolate and ginger. The finish is long, sweet and spicy.
A perfect choice for cold months or after dinner. Serve neat or over an ice cube. It pairs with chocolate desserts, crème caramel, nuts and aged cheeses.
