A 700 ml bottle gives about 17 measures of 4 cl. Once opened, store it upright, tightly closed and away from light and heat: spirits keep well for months but slowly lose aroma once the bottle is half empty.

Description
Kavalan, in Yilan County in north-east Taiwan, showed the world that whisky can be born in a subtropical climate. Heat and humidity speed up maturation, drawing lots of flavour from the wood in a few years. Distillery Select is the house’s entry expression, a fresh, vibrant single malt full of tropical fruit.
Matured in American oak, sherry casks and wine casks and bottled at 40%, it shows tropical fruit, mango, vanilla and flowers on the nose. The palate is silky, with honey, pineapple, vanilla and coconut. The finish is medium, with tropical fruit, vanilla and oak.
An easy, versatile whisky to enjoy neat, on ice or in a refreshing highball. It pairs with grilled fish, seafood, salads and fresh cheeses, and is an excellent choice for anyone discovering the category.
