The winery’s flagship product. It is a very limited edition that only reaches the market if the harvest reaches a high level of quality. It comes exclusively from two plots of vineyards in the winery that are over forty years old and are cared for by our technical team throughout the year. It is the perfect symbiosis between balance and elegance.
Fermentation takes place in French oak tanks and then it ages in new French oak barrels for a minimum period of 20 months. This is a velvety, medium-bodied wine. Its round tannins and ripe fruit stand out.

At first glance, it is a very intense wine, with great complexity of aromas. As the wine opens, it gives notes of overripe grapes, raisins, very well connected to the spicy tones of wood, caramels, toast, coffee...

It has a powerful, full-bodied, balanced entry with very well-united tannins, with great persistence and in the retro nasal the toasted, roasted, caramel and raisin tones reappear.
