This Champagne, with an extra brut dosage, is dominated by the great flavors of Pinot Noir that are tempered by the elegance of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and that characteristic touch of Pinot Meunier.

Color: Clear appearance, toasted yellow color, fine and fast bubble.

Aroma: Clean, evolved, intense aroma. Aromas of brioche, butter biscuit, dried fruits, toasted hazelnut, almond, mineral touch

Mouth: Dry flavor, medium mousse, acidity, alcohol, fruity, intense, good body and appetizing and greedy finish
An elegant vintage in character to be fully enjoyed with the best seafood, the best hams and risotto. Serve at 11-12°C.
