Description
Sumoll, a variety on the verge of disappearing from Penedès that the winery decided to revive, joins the equally native Garnacha in this balanced coupage red blend, now in its fifth vintage. A natural high-altitude wine with a marked Mediterranean character, a perfect example of minimal intervention.
Can Sumoi Sumoll-Garnatxa 2021 is a fluid, ruby-hued red. On the nose, red-fruit fragrances are complemented by floral hints and touches of wild herbs. On the palate it shows marked intensity of fruity flavours with well-balanced acidity. This red is both long on the palate and extremely pleasant to drink.
