Carramimbre Roble is made with Tempranillo and a small percentage of Cabernet sauvignon. The winery's youngest vineyards, located just 3 km from Peñafiel, nourish this red that stands out for its personality and balance. Very fruity and medium-bodied, with pleasant aromas of red fruits and a slight touch of wood.

View: Cherry red with cherry tones, purple predominates in a thin layer.

Nose: Very intense aromas of spices (cinnamon, mint, spearmint) with hints of vanilla, still mixed with tones of ripe, clean and complex fruit.

Mouth: The entry is strong, where the tannins are noticeable and then leave a good passage in the mouth. Ample, balanced, notes of spices and red fruits reappear in the aftertaste. Lots of persistence.
