Raúl Pérez Ultreia Villegas 2021 is a red wine for couples made with 100% Mencía from vineyards over 100 years old on sandy soils.
In its preparation, the grapes are harvested manually. 100% of the whole grapes ferment in 3,000 liter open foudres.
Then it macerates for 60 days and before starting aging, it rests for 30 to 60 days. Aging for 12 months in 500 liter barrels for various uses.
Raúl Pérez Ultreia Villegas 2021 is an elegant, balanced red with a marked Atlantic influence.
