Château Saint-Maur Saint M Cru Class 2022 is a fruity rosé wine with delicious aromas of fresh red fruits accompanied by herbal notes and hints of orange peel. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh and balanced. A wine with lively acidity, a medium sweet palate and a surprisingly citrusy finish.

Being a good entrepreneur involves a combination of skills, qualities and characteristics that allow you to make intelligent and effective decisions to manage and expand a business. Roger Zannier , a successful and versatile businessman, has stood out in various sectors throughout his career thanks to his great business vision. As founder and leader of the Zannier Group, he had, above all, a significant impact on the luxury children's fashion and hospitality industry. But he also far exceeded his expectations by taking on interesting projects such as the Portuguese Quinta do Pessegueiro and the Chateau Saint Maur wineries. The latter is in Cogolin, a French town in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, and has the highest vineyards in the entire Côte de Provence appellation (449 m altitude). A “Cru Classé” located in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, where an extensive program of replanting the vineyard and restoring the cellar has made it one of the best in the Côte de Provence.

Château Saint-Maur Saint M Cru Classe wine is a rosé made from vineyards planted in clay-limestone soils rich in schist and quartz. Different varieties of grapes such as Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Monastrell and Cabernet, among others, are cultivated following organic principles and without chemicals that could harm the natural balance of the terroir. In the cellar, the selected and de-stemmed grapes are gently crushed and undergo a short maceration. Fermentation is carried out with native yeasts in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.

With only 18 “Crus Classés” in the AOC Côtes de Provence, Château Saint-Maur Saint M Cru Classe is a rosé wine from its “Cru Classé” called “Saint M”. An elegant and refined rosé that, thanks to the management of Roger Zannier, shows the high level of viticulture and oenology currently available in the Provence region.
