Description
Medium lemon-yellow. On the nose it shows light citrus notes of lemon and orange with some minerality, finishing with a tropical touch of pineapple. On the palate its high acidity brings lots of freshness, with the citrus notes to the fore, good tropical fruit character with a sense of unctuousness and some pleasant toast from barrel ageing. Overall it's elegant and well structured, with high intensity and a long finish.
