Cottas White 2022

Origin of the Grapes: The grapes come from our vineyards and from vineyards directly explored by us in the Cima Corgo region.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually and transported in 25 kg boxes, selected, de-stemmed and pressed at the entrance to the winery. After clarification of the must, using the static decantation method at low temperature for a period of approximately 24 hours, the must ferments in stainless steel vats with temperature control to approximately 16ºC.

Tasting Notes: Pale citrine color, with a very attractive aroma with notes of ripe tropical fruit and minerality. In the mouth it shows great freshness, persistence, balance and elegance. A fresh white wine to drink without hesitation.
