That's why we left this incomparable Extra Reserve to the mercy of time, preserving it for a little longer in oak wood and aging the recipe with all the flavor and identity of a very unique and centuries-old tradition.

There was a special 5,000-liter barrel in the CR&F house, reserved only for family friends. It was rarely opened, not for lack of occasions to celebrate, but because it was often forgotten in the fast-paced days.

It was a moment of pause that became an inspiration. A dinner with friends that was an unexpected surprise. Time had matured and evolved the flavors and found a unique liquid, different from anything I had ever tasted.

They immediately gathered the entire internal team of winemakers and technicians and decided that this brandy had to reach the brand's enthusiasts, as they too deserved to be shared.

After some sensory and organoleptic tests, they produced a brandy with a unique, rich and complex profile, making it the perfect finishing touch to special meals.
