Dehesa de los Canónigos Reserva Solideo 2019

Solideo is the reserve wine of Dehesa de los Canónigos and was revived with the celebration of the winery's 25th anniversary in 2014. Its name means 'Alone before God', and is also used to designate a silk cap that is usually worn by the Pope, bishops and some clergy to cover their heads. A reference to the winery's ecclesiastical origins.

A wine reserved only for exceptional harvests. A long-lived wine that represents elegance in capital letters.
