On the nose, intense floral and fruity aromas stand out, with notes of orange blossom, lime and green apple, from the Loureiro grape variety. The Alvarinho adds a subtle depth, giving structure and elegance to the whole.

In the mouth, it surprises with its light body and exemplary balance between vibrant sweetness and firm, persistent acidity. With only 8.5% alcohol, it offers a delicate and refreshing taste, with a smooth texture and a long finish, where the clean acidity contrasts harmoniously with the natural sweetness preserved by the cold fermentation stop.
