This wine expresses a wide range of aromas with notes of ripe fruit, such as peach, but also oyster and some smoke. The palate impresses with its freshness, power and mineral balance, conveyed by marine flavours of oyster shell, lemon and flint. This is a great, complex wine with exceptional ageing potential. It pairs well with all noble fish (johnfish, grouper) or more spicy dishes, such as sushi.
