Description
Collection is the multi-vintage Champagne of Reims house Louis Roederer, built on a perpetual reserve and wood-aged reserve wines. Collection 245 is the edition based on the 2020 harvest.
In the glass it shows white and orchard fruit, citrus, pastry and nutty notes, with a fine mousse and a broad, fresh, elegant palate.
Pair with shellfish, fine fish or roast poultry. Serve at 10–12 °C.
