Marcos Hehn Riesling Branco 2023 is an irreverent, modern Portuguese single-variety white made by winemaker Marcos Hehn Pinto da Silva in Távora-Varosa (produced by Hehn & Meireles). From high-altitude vines at around 700 metres, it stands out for its freshness and characteristic mineral profile.

Crystal-clear lemon yellow, showing its youth and freshness from the start. Medium aromatic intensity on the nose, with citrus and fruity notes of fresh lemonade, green peach and a light floral touch, giving delicacy and elegance.

Light to medium-bodied on the palate, supported by high, vibrant acidity that gives great liveliness. Lemon and lime juice dominate, complemented by yellow plum and peach ‘nuances’ that add depth and balance.

The finish is clean, direct and mineral, with a persistent lemony note that prolongs the freshness and purity. An expressive Riesling focused on fruit and acid tension, with a precise, refreshing profile.
