MOB Gauvé 2016

This project was born from the desire of three winemakers, Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal and Jorge Serôdio Borges, to make a wine together. The chosen location was Dão, a region for which there was a common admiration, as a result of wine tastings from the 60s and 70s, which surprised with their elegance and freshness. The remarkable identity and complexity of these wines served as inspiration for MOB wines.

Centennial plot in Gouveia. Very young in color, brightness and aroma, all denoting tension, focus and concentration. Complex blue fruit, with notes of forest, mushrooms, pine needles, perfect in the overall involvement. Fresh mouthfeel, lively tannin that does not impede a creamy texture and long finish. Huge wine!
