MOB Touriga Nacional 2021

From vineyards located in Seia, at the foot of the Serra da Estrela, comes this Touriga Nacional that elegantly expresses the unique character of the Dão terroir. Vinified in cement presses with foot treading and also in stainless steel tanks, it reveals itself to be a wine of great authenticity and precision.

On the nose, it presents an intense and sophisticated aromatic profile, dominated by floral notes typical of the variety, such as violet and lavender, accompanied by ripe black fruits, subtle spices and a slight earthy touch.

In the mouth, it stands out for its firm structure and enveloping texture, with present but polished tannins. The lively and well-integrated acidity gives it freshness, minerality and nerve, balancing the richness and depth of the whole. The finish is long, elegant and persistent, suggesting excellent aging potential.

A pure and authentic Dão, which faithfully reflects the expression of Touriga Nacional at altitude.
