Monólogo Chardonnay P706 is a single-varietal wine whose grapes come from Quinta dos Espinhosos, from plot P76, where it is planted in a vineyard with typically granite soil and ample sun exposure. This Chardonnay, not aged in wood, aims to maintain the purity of the fruit, also normally revealing some notes of tropical fruits and a mineral side typical of the granite soils where its vineyards are planted.
