The bunches were harvested by hand and selected on the sorting mat. After being de-stemmed, a 6-hour pre-fermentative cold maceration followed. Fermentation took place slowly in 400 and 500l French oak barrels, where the wine then aged for around 9 months. Notes of orange peel and ripe citrus, roasted apple, light buttery and integrated barrel notes. In the mouth it has good volume, balanced acidity and a surprisingly fresh finish.
