Monte do Zambujeiro Branco 2024 is a fresh, vibrant Alentejo regional wine made by Quinta do Zambujeiro in Borba.

Tasting Note

With an expressive, elegant aromatic profile, it shows a bouquet of tropical fruit, lemon zest, delicate white flowers and subtle aromatic herbs.

On the palate it stands out for its freshness and balance, with crisp acidity giving liveliness. The texture is smooth and enveloping, ending with a fruity, persistent and very pleasant finish.

Winemaking begins with careful hand-picking, followed by a short pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless-steel vats, preserving the purity and intensity of the aromatic profile.

Versatile and food-friendly, it's an excellent aperitif and also goes elegantly with fish, seafood, salads and light starters.
