A concentrated nose of ripe dark fruit, persimmon and black pepper notes. Intense and full-bodied on the palate, with a long, rich finish. Can be drunk now, but will become more complex with further ageing until 2015. To fully enjoy its qualities, we recommend decanting before serving. Great with buttery cheeses, mild blue cheese, dark chocolate desserts or a steak au poivre!
