Concentrated aroma of dark and ripe fruits, persimmons and notes of black pepper. Intense and full-bodied in the mouth with a long, rich finish. It can be drunk now, but it will become more complex as it ages until 2015. To fully appreciate its qualities, we recommend decanting before serving. Great with buttery cheeses, mild blue cheese, dark chocolate desserts or a steak au poivre!
