Quinta da Boa Vista Reserva 2020 has a harmonious, intriguing composition, bringing together 25% Touriga Nacional, 25% Touriga Franca, 25% Tinto Cão and the distinctive contribution of Old Vines.
On the nose it's austere, with notes of dried vegetation dominating the aromatic profile. The fruit appears shyly at first, contributing to a restrained but promising complexity.
On the palate it stays closed, yet expressive in texture and structure. The tannins are firm and well defined, giving a serious, elegant character. The wine's tension is balanced by light minerality, with spicy and balsamic *“nuances”* adding depth.
