Description:

Pardusco was the name given to red wines with little color, moderate alcohol content and that traveled well, that is, aged well. At the time they did not yet have the name Vinho Verde and later, to distinguish themselves from these, they called it “mature wine from Monção”.

Tasting Notes: Open ruby ​​color. Aromas of ripe red fruit with a mineral touch. In the mouth it presents excellent acidity that conveys freshness along with a good structure.
