Description
Medium-intensity lemon-yellow colour. On the nose, delicate citrus and green-apple notes, well integrated with marked minerality, giving a fresh, light profile. On the palate it stands out for vibrant acidity that reinforces the freshness, with citrus fruit to the fore. Light skin maceration gives good volume, for an elegant, well-structured whole. It ends long and persistent, keeping the balance between freshness, structure and complexity.
