Porto Menin 10 Anos White is an aged white Port made by the Menin Wine Company in the emblematic Douro Demarcated Region. This high-quality blend stands out for its refined balance between fruity freshness and the oxidative complexity of long ageing in wood.
Tasting Note
According to the review by James Suckling, the wine shows a complex, expressive aromatic profile, marked by notes of burnt orange, star anise and dried apricot.
On the palate it's full-bodied, sweet, round and velvety, with excellent concentration and balance. As it develops it gains complexity, with elegant nuances of toffee and leather, carrying a long, persistent, harmonious finish.
With 93 points, this 10-year-old from Menin stands out as a high-quality benchmark, very competitive against the house's older Ports.
