Quinta da Pellada Muleta wine is the result of the effort to preserve the genetic heritage that exists in the Dão region. Fermented in a wine press, aged in 225l barrels for 10 years and bottled in May 2017 by gravity without filter. Minimal intervention to preserve the characteristics of the vineyard. Ruby color with good concentration. The aroma is very elegant, slightly floral, with notes of wild fruit and some menthol. In the mouth, it is lively and acidic. The fresh fruit and spicy flavors are wrapped in a refreshing mineral profile. It has good volume in the mouth, without being heavy, offering a fragrant, long and very balanced finish.
