Quinta de Santa Teresa Avesso Unfiltered 2025 is an organic white from Vinho Verde (Baião sub-region), made by A D Wines. It stands out for a more "rustic", authentic profile of Avesso, thanks to the lack of filtration and extended ageing on lees.

Vinified in stainless-steel vats with extended extraction from a careful selection. Ageing on fine lees adds structure, volume and elegance, while keeping fresh acidity and well-integrated minerality.

On the nose it shows notes of citrus, stone fruit such as peach and light tropical hints. On the palate it's delicate, balanced and with good fruit intensity.

Made organically and sustainably, it's also vegan and low in sulphites.

Thanks to its structure and depth, it's very versatile with food and has good potential to develop in bottle.
